








I’m down 26 pounds in 3 months on Bright Line Eating - in what I call my own personal “Version 2.” There is no official version 2 of BLE, I just am doing steps that are working better for me now. Below are 3 things I wish I had known when I rezoomed this go-around. 1. It’s OK to add food to the weight loss plan. In my case, since I exercise vigorously multiple times a week plus I suffer from Binge Eating Disorder, it’s actually preferred. 2. It’s OK to seek medical advice and get on a prescription appetite suppressant medication if you’ve done everything in your power to conquer your food addiction in every other way. I worked with my endocrine specialist and I’m now taking Tenuate under my doctor’s orders. This has been a game changer. It is NOT cheating. 3. It’s OK to take shortcuts for meal prepping and planning. When I first Rezoomed, I was so gung-ho about meal prepping from scratch on my own and I would spend 3-4 hours every weekend standing up in the kitchen making food. Now I batch cook (see Natalie Aul’s helpful cookbook link below) and buy pre-cooked veggies from Sprouts in the deli section. Saves so much time!
