About This Video

In this video I’m sharing how I’m down 57 pounds—from 210 at my highest to 153 today—and why walking has been such a supportive (and honestly, effortless-feeling) habit in my new lifestyle. Walking is just one piece of what’s working for me, but I love it because it’s easy, free, low-impact, and you can do it anywhere. I don’t need a whole gym setup or a special outfit—I’m literally out here in my house shoes. Most nights I just do two times around the block after dinner, about 15 minutes, and it helps me move my body, support digestion, and even lower blood sugar (I learned that from the Glucose Goddess). I also talk about the other pillars that got me here: eating mostly carnivore/ketovore since January, plus strength training, which I truly believe has been a game changer for my metabolism. I’m honest about my binge eating disorder too—on rare occasions if I’m stuck in a binge pattern for a few days, I’ll use a tiny microdose of semaglutide (0.1) to help me get back on track. I also share what I ate today (coffee with added fats, eggs and cheese, a little beef liver, and a cheesy burger patty) and where I’m hoping this journey goes next—giving God the glory the whole way.
