I’m doing a live stream of consciousness about how I’ve been able to lose 52 pounds from my highest weight, with 35 pounds of them coming off with the Carnivore way of eating. I also use the Beachbody on Demand app for home workouts and just completed the Job1 program, which is 5 days a week of strength and cardio. I take 15-20 minute walks after dinner every night and drink tons of water and take LMNT supplements daily, along with Shilajit and AMRA colostrum. Once every other month or every 3 months if I get binge-y, I’ll take a micro-dose of Semaglutide of 0.1 mL. I’m 5’3” and my highest weight was 210 after I had my child. Today I’m 158 with the ultimate goal of 130-135 lb. About This Video

I went live (for the first time in like 50,000 years) to share what’s actually been working for me to lose 52 pounds from my highest weight of 210. Today I’m 158 at 5’3”, and 35 of those pounds came off with the carnivore way of eating. I talk through the real story—binge eating disorder, the times I derailed (COVID cravings, travel chaos in Dallas), and why carnivore still feels like my “secret weapon” because the food noise quiets down and my focus, mood, and energy get so much better when I’m in ketosis. I also break down my fitness routine, because last year I had to tackle one habit at a time. I used Beachbody on Demand to go from basically zero to feeling truly fit (I just finished Job1, and yes, I’m out here doing burpees). On top of that, I take 15–20 minute walks after dinner, drink tons of water, and stay on top of electrolytes with LMNT because otherwise I get muscle twitches. And yes, I address semaglutide: I don’t use it regularly. For me it’s an occasional micro-dose “crutch” (like 0.1 mL every other month or so) only if I get really binge-y, because I’ve used it as the main method before, lost weight, and gained it back. My goal is to keep building a sustainable lifestyle, give God the glory, and keep moving toward 130–135.
