About This Video

In this carnivore update, I’m sharing a brand-new milestone: I woke up at 151 pounds, which puts me 59 pounds down from my highest weight of 210. I’ve been doing carnivore since January 2, 2025 (after “flirting” with it on and off last year), and I’m pushing for 150—my “happy weight” where I feel confident, energized, and great in my clothes. I also talk about why carnivore has worked for me: real satiation. I’ve tried other approaches (including vegan for six months), and for me it just didn’t work—I was always hungry. I also give my best beginner advice that I wish someone had told me: start with breakfast and stabilize your blood sugar early. Even if you can only nail a carnivore breakfast for a week (or a month), that habit can change your whole day. I share how I built my fitness habit first in 2024 (home workouts like Beachbody programs), then focused on food once I had the bandwidth. And because I don’t gatekeep, I’m transparent about using micro-doses of semaglutide only when I’m heading into a binge cycle—because binge eating disorder is something I manage, not something I pretend doesn’t exist. Finally, I talk about “liquid tricks” (electrolytes, decaf coffee, etc.) and my simple 15-minute after-dinner walk habit that helps me stay consistent.
