Veggies + cheese = the easiest and quickest Bright Line Eating dinner. 2 ounces of cheese is a protein serving on Bright Line Eating and 1 ounce of cheese is a fat serving, so when you do 3 ounces of cheese total, you're covering both categories in one fell swoop. Add it to any veggies you like, but I recommend noodles because that just makes it even more fun.
