In this live stream, I’m sharing how I’m down 13 pounds in 20 days by combining carnivore with a very low dose of semaglutide (the generic form of Ozempic/Mounjaro). I’m 5’2, my highest weight was 210, and I started this “go-around” at 193.2—today I’m 180.2. I also want to be transparent: I started right around my cycle, so a few pounds were likely water weight, but I truly believe the last 8–10 pounds are from the diet + meds combo. I explain why I’m doing this: binge eating disorder. Carnivore has always made me feel amazing (mental clarity, energy, sleep, mood), but my binge brain can derail me fast—like, “three Cuban pastries at 3 p.m.” fast.
