My process is simple: start with a dry mask (especially the lenses), apply your anti-fog (spray, drops, cream—whatever you like), smear it around for full coverage, and then let it sit while you finish gearing up. Right before you descend or start your snorkel, do a quick rinse—just in and out of the water—so you’re not diving with clumps or globs on the lens. And here’s the key: keep the mask on your face. If you’re constantly taking it off, flooding it, or clearing it over and over, you’re basically washing the anti-fog right off and inviting fog back in.
