Taking care of yourself ("self care") during your weight loss journey can make or break you!

I swear by my self-care routines on weekends. I can really tell if I don't take the time to do the steps because it depletes my willpower and makes me more prone to binge eat to feel as if I am taking care of myself during the weekdays.
