Most recently, I’ve started the “Bright Line Eating” lifestyle, which has no sugar and no flour. It sounds incredibly hard, but you will find if you are a food addict like I am, that it is actually incredibly freeing! My highest starting weight in 2019 was at 210 pounds. I’m only 5’2” tall, so that’s way too much! I started Bright Line Eating on Labor Day in September 2020. I lost 21 pounds within my first 10 weeks, and began experiencing a freedom that I never thought possible. My food intake became automatic and the mental gymnastics I used to perform disappeared.
