About This Video

In this video I’m sharing my best carnivore/ketovore snack ideas for work, travel, and those moments when you’re getting a little too hungry (which for me can be a fast track to binge eating). I’m down almost 20 pounds since February doing carnivore/ketovore, and while it’s been off-and-on because I’ve struggled with binge eating disorder for years, I can tell you this: when I’m on it for those 3–4 solid weeks, I feel amazing. The health benefits are real, and I want you to have simple “grab-and-go” options so you can stay consistent. I do a show-and-tell haul of my favorite ready-to-eat snacks like pork rinds (but I have to portion them), Flock chicken crisps for built-in portion control, jerky options, Laughing Cow cheese, pre-boiled eggs, and even “purse bacon” (yes, it’s a thing). I also talk about a few not-perfect-but-helpful tools like electrolyte packets and a Premier Protein shake for emergencies. My big takeaway: plan your portions ahead of time (I love reusable stasher-style bags), keep protein handy, and you’ll be way less likely to spiral into overeating when life gets busy.
