For washing, the AI wanted a gentle shampoo (I used Tryx because it’s mild and claims to replenish moisture with squalene), and it even told me to apply shampoo to my scalp before adding water. I was honestly worried I’d end up greasy because I used oil + a gentle shampoo, but I stuck to two cleanses and moved on to conditioner (I used a protein-rich one from MOA). For styling, the AI basically had me do a simple leave-in + gel routine in sections (very “flip section method” vibes), then diffuse, scrunch out the cast, and finish with a lightweight oil. The surprise? My hair looked gorgeous—soft, defined, and not as flat as I expected. It did feel a bit waxy/residue-y near the scalp (probably product + oil combo), but overall…ChatGPT kind of came through, and I was very relieved because it was New Year’s Eve.
