March is my birthday month, and I have absolutely no self-control—so in this video I’m sharing every book I acquired in March and exactly how much I spent. It’s a mix of thrift store trophies, Book of the Month picks, a little free library score, and even a birthday “blind date with a book” because I’ve always wanted to try one. I’m also very much in my sci-fi era right now, and you can definitely tell from what I grabbed. I talk through each title, where it came from, and why I picked it up—like finding Project Hail Mary at the thrift store while I was literally reading it on Libby (had to get the trophy copy). I also snagged The House in the Cerulean Sea for free from a little free library, and I share my Book of the Month choices, including Wild Dark Shore, which is my current read and I’m completely sucked in.
