In this video I review the brand new ZiiGaat x HBB Arcadia IEMs—a collaboration tuned to HBB’s preferences—and I go through the full experience: unboxing, build, cable, fit, and of course sound. Inside the box you get the Arcadia, a detachable 0.78mm 2-pin cable, a square zip case with water-resistant lining, three pairs of silicone tips, and one pair of foam tips. The shells are medical-grade resin with a glossy faceplate, metal nozzles (almost 6mm at the widest), and a single pressure vent. Driver-wise it’s a 3-driver setup: a 10mm dynamic driver with a topology diaphragm plus two Knowles balanced armatures. Sound-wise, Arcadia is exactly what the title suggests: boosted bass with good control, a flat/natural midrange, and a soft, rounded treble. The sub-bass has excellent extension, rumble, and authority, and the mid-bass hits hard without turning muddy. What surprised me most is how clean the midrange stays—there’s almost no bass bleed, vocals sound full, and the upper mids don’t get shouty, which makes Arcadia very forgiving with poor recordings. The trade-off is treble: it’s smooth and never intrusive, but it can feel a bit veiled with less air and energy, so trebleheads should look elsewhere.
