Let's train legs! In this video I'm taking you through the leg workout I've recently been obsessed with since getting back into training at the gym - because it trains a little bit of everything (some hamstring, some quad...) but of course this workout has a slight emphasis on building the glutes. This leg workout uses weights & machines that you can find at most gyms, and is beginner friendly. If you enjoyed it, don't forget to subscribe to see more :) If you want an upper body workout: https://youtu.be/BnqjV2UOOh4 https://youtu.be/0OP7b2mQIek https://youtu.be/EcuQeDoggf8 https://youtu.be/IfS0WQgkRt4 https://youtu.be/0i3ndukWOzs The Workout (~50 minutes): Warm-up 1.
