In this video I break down what to look out for on your journey to change your body composition. Whether you're in your first month, first 3 months, or your first 6 months in the gym, I'll go through signs that you're making progress (as well as things you don't need to worry about). I also break down what makes a good workout (and a few myths that don't actually mean you've had a good muscle building workout).
