These are a few of my easy, fast, & very simple go-to high protein recipes that have been helping me build muscle during my body recomposition journey. I've been loving these high protein meals because they help me stay full and satiated for longer. (peas, mixed greens, tomato, etc.) - 150g (abt 1/3 to 1/2 a block) extra firm tofu - salt or other seasonings - whole wheat pita or wrap (or carb of choice) Tuna Tempeh Salad Bowl - 1 can of tuna - 2 tbsp of hummus or mayo - veg of choice (I used peas, spinach, mixed greens) - tempeh or eggs for extra protein - sweet potato
