About This Video

I wanted to get this out before the holidays, so in this video I’m sharing my top 10 favorite RV tools going into 2025—plus a bonus Black Friday deal that supports a small business (my sister’s). I also announce my DIY RV Inspection Workbook is on sale for over 60% off this weekend only, because I want more of you to feel confident doing a real inspection process—using the same steps I use with clients. Tool-wise, I walk through what I actually use for inspections and real repairs: my Klein multimeter with a temperature probe (so I can check A/C delta T—intake vs. outtake—and I like to see about a 20° difference), stripped screw removal pliers (because stripped screws are a real thing), flare nut wrenches for gas lines (standard + metric, and I love that it has its own case), and a Progressive Industries surge protector with EMS because I see too many people ruin entire electrical systems without one. I also cover my tool backpack setup (hands free is a game changer), my Jackery 1000 power station for RV and home life, an infrared thermometer for inspections, a TPMS that literally saved me during a rapid deflation, and non-marring scrapers that won’t damage your roof or exterior when you’re removing old sealant.
