I break everything into three easy buckets: sunscreen sticks for quick touch-ups, two body favorites that I genuinely reach for, and then my go-to face SPFs (which, for me, are almost always tinted because I want protection plus a little help with tone and radiance—especially for mature skin and menopause season). For sticks, I love having something truly sheer with zero white cast for reapplication—think tennis bag, walking out the door, upper lip, cheekbones, even lips. For body, I’m obsessed with the Elta MD UV AOX Mist because it’s air-powered (no propellants), super emollient, and doesn’t streak. And Bloomeffects Whipped Butter Creme SPF 50 is that luxe, skincare-feeling option I especially like on dry summer legs. For face, I cover everything from an affordable, fragrance-free option (Good Molecules) to sensitive-skin friendly (Tower 28), to my long-time dewy staple (Josh Rosebrook), to my newer discovery (Fre Glow Me—plus it skips octisalate), and finally a true tinted SPF with coverage (Merit Uniform) for days I want more of a perfected look.
