In this video, I’m at my friend Aubrey’s farm picking up Cash (the last horse we needed to bring over for now) and our donkeys, Jack and Dinky, and getting everybody moved to the new property. We were fighting daylight big time, so it was one of those “okay let’s just get them loaded and pray the release goes smooth” kind of evenings. Cash loaded fine, Dinky decided to be the problem child (of course), and Jack actually did really well—once Dinky was in first, he was like, “cool, I’ll go too.” When we got to the farm it was already dark, so we used the side-by-side for light, fed the other horses first, and then did a careful release so nobody panicked and ran the fencing. Cash was definitely nervous at first—he was pawing and trying to figure out where he was—but the second he realized Blaze was there, you could see him relax. By the next day, everyone was settled, spread out, and acting like they owned the place. I also showed you a little barn upgrade we got delivered: a 4x4 cupola for the top of the barn, and I’m so excited because it’s going to make the whole thing look way more “farmy.”
