So, you’ve bought your camper van, you’re all ready for that first trip… and then you realise the van is only half the story. In this video I take you round the show with me and I’m looking at the premium end of kit—the stuff I always call the “Ferrari range” of campervan accessories—because some upgrades genuinely make vanlife easier, comfier, and less hassle. I start with Isabella (I’m an Isabella now) and show you the VW-specific extension awning I’ve been using for ages, plus the add-on sides/front option for wind-out awnings. Then I properly test the new Isabella Nana chair… and yep, it’s way comfier than I expected, so I’m ordering two for my more “podcasty” sit-down chats. From there I touch on upgrades I’ve already covered before—Rainbow Screens for insulation/condensation control and Vanshades as a worthwhile curtain upgrade—then I swing by Latitude Roof Tents, because if you’ve got a day van/Kombi and still want proper sleep, that tent + lower awning setup is a solid route. I also look at Yeti coolboxes (I’m trying to decide which size makes sense for filming), Avtex as the premium leisure TV option, and Duvalay (still my personal favourite sleep system—plum/red-wine colour incoming). I finish off with adventure kit I genuinely use: Sandbanks Style boards/robes and the MiRider folding e-bike, which I bought with my own money because it fits the van perfectly and rides super smooth.
