About This Video

It’s the beginning of December, so I’m rewinding the chaos (and the fun) that was my November 2025—holidays, gift sewing, and me trying to talk without tripping over my own words. I jumped right into holiday makes, including a Holland pouch I stitched up as a Christmas present… and yes, I absolutely messed up the directional fabric and didn’t realize it until after it was quilted. It is what it is. I also made one of my favorite quick gifts: a zippered candy bag made from a Reese’s Peanut Butter Cups bag for my UPS driver, because she’s awesome and I wanted to do something sweet (and she actually loved it). On the quilting side, November included the Puzzle Mystery Quilt Flyway reveal with Cotton Cuts—complete with me dressing up in theme, because apparently that’s my thing now. I also talked about continuing Under the Sea (reveal in April) and getting ready to sign up for the next mystery, Fields of Dreams, with 13 colorways tempting me. Plus, I finally started my winter quilt: Frosted (Juicy Juice + Andover), fabric I’ve been hoarding for two years because I wanted “winter,” not “Christmas.” December is going to be wild with a Cutterpillar event on the 3rd (giveaway + deals), Disney World travel (I’ll miss two Sundays—help me out by streaming my videos), and wrapping up the podcast for 2025 before we roll into 2026.
