In today’s video, I’m breaking down the two LED lights I used in my recent fashion shoot—the NEEWER HB80C 80W and the NEEWER CB300C 300W. These continuous lights played a huge role in helping me create stunning, high-quality looks, and I’ll be showing you exactly how I used them to craft three distinct fashion setups. Just a quick disclaimer—this isn’t a sponsored video, but Neewer did send me these lights to test out. They didn’t ask me to say anything specific, so everything I share in this video is my honest opinion based on my experience using them on set. About This Video

In this video I’m breaking down the two continuous LED lights I used on a recent fashion shoot: the NEEWER HB80C (80W) and the NEEWER CB300C (300W). I love continuous lighting for fashion photography because I can see exactly how the light is falling on my subject in real time—no guessing, no test shots—just precision control and fast decisions on set. Both lights being bi-color (and having RGB options) gave me the flexibility to match ambient light or create warm/cool contrast for more editorial-looking images. I walk you through three different fashion setups I built with these lights. For my bright, clean “catalog” look, I used the CB300C as my key with a large softbox and extra diffusion, then used the HB80C as a cooler kicker/fill to add depth and color contrast. For the moodier look, I kept the CB300C centered as the main light and used the HB80C to push a red hue into the scene—then controlled spill with a V-flat so I could tweak intensity and mood quickly. For the final top-down, sexy leather vibe, I put the HB80C overhead at a bluer temp and dimmed the CB300C way down as soft fill to avoid heavy “raccoon eyes,” plus negative fill with a black V-flat for deeper shadows.
