About This Video

In this video, I’m finally walking you through my full 2025 planning system—what I’m using, why I chose it, and how it’s meant to actually fit my life right now. After years of bouncing between bullet journaling and dated planners (Hobonichi Cousin, Take A Note, and multiple Sterling Ink Common Planners), I realized my real issue wasn’t the brand or the layout…it was that I don’t truly need a fully dated system anymore. I kept ending up with empty pages, a ton of task migration, and that “why am I doing this?” feeling. So for 2025, I’m moving into a Traveler’s Notebook setup with three Sterling Ink inserts: a dated monthly booklet (non-negotiable for me), an undated grid insert for running task lists and flexible day-to-day planning, and a weekly booklet that I’m using specifically as a health tracker. I also share how I’m setting goals in a way that works with my perfectionism—by creating Level 1 (easy) and Level 2 (hard) versions, focusing on two core categories: health and money. You’ll see how I’m tracking things like steps, water, workouts, savings, fasting, mood, supplements, movement, and even vocabulary—plus the supplementary notebooks I’m carrying into 2025 (finance, gratitude, journal, reading, and handwriting).
