This San Diego vlog is filmed entirely on the DJI Osmo Pocket 3, and it’s basically me doing what I love most on a trip: walking a ton, finding great coffee, and grabbing cinematic little moments along the way. First stop was The Crack Shack, which has some of the best fried chicken I’ve ever experienced—honestly it might be my favorite chicken sandwich in the whole United States. Trust me on this one: if you’re in San Diego, you have to check it out. Right across the street was Bird Rock Coffee, and after flying coast to coast, that latte absolutely hit the spot. I even ended up chatting with the baristas about their beans, which is always a good sign. From there I walked about two miles back to my hotel, soaking in how vibrant and green San Diego looks in the spring—totally opposite from the East Coast right now. After dropping off my bags, I headed down to Petco Park while the Padres were playing (and winning), then stayed downtown to grab some unique shots for the video. The next morning turned into another coffee mission—my favorite Bird Rock location in Little Italy (spacious, airy, tons of natural light if you want to work). On the way back I caught a train rolling by in the morning light, and later I finished up down at Seaport Village, where I film a lot of my content because there’s always something happening and the city views are unreal.
