About This Video

In this video I stepped a little bit outside my usual 3D printing and laser reviews, because Klarpul reached out and asked me to test their KL00001 cordless vacuum. I was sent it for free, but everything you see here is my honest hands-on take. I run through the unboxing quickly, what you get in the box (attachments, wall mount, spare filters, battery and charger), and the key features that jumped out straight away—like the touchscreen with a proper battery percentage readout (mine arrived around 60%), the self-standing design, and the extendable tube so it suits different heights. The biggest game-changer for me is the removable roller. With two dogs (and long hair in the house), rollers clog constantly, and on my other “reputable” vacuum you can’t easily clean it out. Here you press a button, pop the roller out, and clear the hair without dismantling the head. I then do real-world tests on laminate, a rug, stairs, and the sofa using the crevice tool and 2-in-1 brush. On medium power it picked up loads in minutes, felt strong on carpet (you can feel the drag/suction), and for around £135 it genuinely surprised me—especially compared to my vacuum that cost about twice as much.
