About This Video

In this video I’m at the car doing a full step-by-step setup and installation of a 4K dual dash cam (front + rear) that also has Wi‑Fi and GPS. I start by getting the basics ready: I insert my 64GB SD card, then I format it right on the dash cam so it’s ready to record. After that I walk through the settings I actually use—4K resolution, 1‑minute loop recording, G-sensor (I set mine to low), HDR on, audio recording on, and I switch the speed unit to MPH. I also set the date/time stamp so your footage has the info you’d want if you ever need it. Next I show the app setup by scanning the QR code and installing the Eali app, registering with email, and connecting to the camera Wi‑Fi (Hiboli). From there I move into the real install: sticking the GPS mount on the windshield (and positioning it so the USB‑C cable has room), snapping the camera on with the magnetic mount, and tucking the power cable cleanly along the trim. Then I run the rear camera wire to the back, test the view before sticking the adhesive, and show how to switch between front view, rear view, and split view. The app felt a bit laggy/unstable for me, but as long as it records to the SD card, I’m good—and the front camera is super wide angle.
