I also point out the SD card situation: it’s not included, and they suggest using 32GB to 128GB. Once I open everything up, I show the user manual, the GPS sticker, the dash cam design, and the mounting setup (it’s a magnetic style mount, and you can tighten it down with the screw). I also go over the ports—there’s a mini USB (for power) and a USB‑C on the unit, plus the rear camera and the long rear cable for routing through the car.
