Hi guys — in this video I’m sharing a bit of a life update because I’ve officially left Mecca after just under six years. I do a little GRWM using some of my tried-and-true favourites, but the main thing is: I show you what I bought before I left. I honestly didn’t buy that much makeup for myself — I stocked up a few staples for my nan and my mum — but I did lean hard into “home and body” because if there’s anywhere I love a little luxury moment, it’s there. I talk you through my repurchase of the Oribe moisturising/smoothing cream (it’s one of those products I absolutely love and it lasts forever with my short hair), plus a couple of Gratus wins (hello Kerastase Glaze Drops and a Westman Atelier blush duo). Then it’s all about the home upgrades: the Officine Universelle Buly alabaster stone + porcelain box setup for scenting small spaces, the Malin + Goetz Otto jumbo candle (so expensive, but the scent is incredible), and the most “pizzazzy” bathroom canister choice — Commune — plus my Dedcool Taunt/01 refills. I also explain why I’m keeping my new job private, what I’ll miss (discount and freebies, obviously), and why I’m actually excited: I’m wearing makeup five days a week now, so my reviews and project pans are about to get even better.
