In my February 2026 Project Pan update, I’m sharing my first real check-in after the intro—and honestly, I’m pretty impressed with my progress from January to early Feb. I’m marking levels with nail polish (and I’ve upgraded to a detailed brush because the old line was way too thick), and as always, I’m wearing my project pan products on my face while I film. The standout for me is my By Terry Terribly Densilyss Primer: it’s smoothing and hydrating like a moisturiser, not siliconey at all, and I’m genuinely going to be sad when it’s done (even though it doesn’t exist anymore). I also talk through how I’m mixing foundations to get my perfect shade—one is too dark, one is too pink—plus my daily Rimmel setting spray, my OXX concealer with the rolly paintbrush-style wand, and a few items that aren’t showing big visual changes yet (like powder and cream bronzer). There’s also a big update on my DIY face palette because one of my kids stabbed it, which pushed me to repress a few products—and it’s actually helped because some pans were down to the edges. To wrap up, I share my goals for next update (I’m going to go ham on a couple of items), plus my perfume oil progress—I’m about halfway and I reckon I can finish it by March.
