Hi guys, it’s Sam — and this is my Project Pan FINALE for 2025. I didn’t do a December update (life got busy), so I’ve gone hard the last two months and filmed one big finale so I can start the new year fresh. I talk through what I’ve finished, what I’ve hit pan on, and what’s honestly just going to take me another whole year. I’ve been wearing makeup five to six times a week, and I’m so proud because finishing products genuinely brings me so much satisfaction. I go category by category: primers (including finally calling the Hourglass Veil Mineral Primer basically done, and hitting pan on my Bobbi Brown Face Base), base products (finishing a Kevyn Aucoin foundation and the Too Faced Ethereal Light Concealer), and slow-burn items like my Laura Mercier under-eye corrector. I also update you on my Huda Beauty Tantour progress, my Natasha Denona Love Cheek Duo (used constantly but it barely shows), and my RMS Luminizing Quad where I finally finished one shade. I finish with my lip products (including my absolute baby: the Kevyn Aucoin lip liner in Divine) and my DIY palette progress, plus how I rotate depotted blushes, bronzers, and shadows to keep panning realistic for my collection and the Aussie seasons.
