Welcome to my Project Pan Intro for 2026 — I genuinely can’t believe we’re here. In this video I’m introducing all the products I’m focusing on panning and/or finishing this year, and I’ll be doing monthly updates with a focus on makeup and one fragrance. I don’t include skincare (I use a couple of things at a time and finish them organically), and I don’t include mascaras either because I already rotate through two or three until they’re done. I walk through my project pan the same way I do my makeup: primers first (a lightweight hydrating option and a smoothing/blurring one), then base products I’m actively trying to “make into one shade” by mixing foundations. I also add a setting spray with a slightly hit-or-miss sprayer, a small Kmart OXX concealer to help me pick up the pace, and a Rose Inc cream bronzer because clean beauty doesn’t last forever and I want to enjoy it before it goes off. For colour, I’m determined to finish blushes this year (yes, bold claim), plus I’m carrying over a few items from last year like my Laura Mercier under-eye concealer, my RMS mini luminizer quad, and my ongoing DIY palette. Finally, I picked an Aussie-inspired perfume oil (blackcurrant nectar) as my 2026 fragrance focus — sweet, fruity, and easy to wear daily.
