RMS Eyelights in Strobe
RMS Eyelights in Strobe is still one of my favourite eyeshadows because it’s the perfect amount of shimmer — wearable, not too much. It goes on creamy but dries down thinner, so it doesn’t crease on me, which is rare and appreciated.

- -Can dry out over time if you don’t use it for a while
- -Cream shadows can be finicky if you layer too much
