Ascended Heroes is “out”… or at least that’s what we’re being told. In this video I open the only thing we’ve realistically been able to get so far: the Ascended Heroes Tech Sticker Collection. And I’m keeping it honest about what’s making this set harder and harder to enjoy—limited release product, delayed drops (we didn’t even get an ETB in January), and the way prices get pushed into that ridiculous “$20 a pack” territory by scalpers and Crypto Bros. I also talk about how this rollout hits players too, because the set isn’t even tournament legal until March 6 (two weeks after the ETB finally drops in February). Then we rip six total Ascended Heroes packs and see if we can beat the nasty pull rates—yeah, I’m calling it “Ascended Zeros” because it’s giving Prismatic Evolutions vibes. I’m mainly hunting playables like Poké Pad (I wanted four for my deck), plus anything spicy like a god pack. We end with the hits recap: Cinderace ex, Voltorb ex, Larry’s Staraptor IR, and Galarian Obstagoon IR. Four hits out of six packs isn’t terrible, but the bigger truth is the set experience right now just isn’t it.
