I opened 3 Pokémon Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Boxes — but each one was acquired VERY differently 👀 One ETB at MSRP, one was basically FREE, and one was bought above retail ($90)… So the real question is: 👉 Are Ascended Heroes ETBs actually worth it depending on what you pay? In this video we open all three ETBs, compare pulls, and see if the price changes the value. About This Video

I opened three Pokémon Ascended Heroes Elite Trainer Boxes, but the twist is I got each one a totally different way: one at MSRP ($59.99) from a local card shop that removed the shrink wrap to keep scalpers at bay, one sealed for $89.99, and one “free.99” because I did a quick promo clip for a card shop and they paid me in an ETB. The whole goal was simple—see if the price you pay changes how “worth it” the ETB feels once you actually see the pulls. Across the three ETBs, I went straight into the nine packs each and tracked the hits and playables. The MSRP box started strong with a Snowrunt Illustration Rare, a big N’s Zoroark ex SIR, plus stuff I actually care about for gameplay like Poké Pad (yes, that’s a hit) and Pikachu ex. The $89.99 ETB was shaky early, but it did come back with a Mega Gengar ex attack rare, a Fan Rotom IR, and a Mega Dragonite ex. The “free” ETB gave me a Sharon full art trainer and then absolutely saved itself with a Mega Dragonite ex attack rare (I’m a Dragonite fanboy, so that one’s staying with me). My takeaway: at MSRP, Ascended Heroes ETBs feel pretty safe and fun to open. At $90, you’re pushing it and basically praying for a big pull to justify it. Anything above that? I’d rather you just don’t.
