About This Video

In this video I’m basically doing what I’m addicted to doing: watching other people’s fragrance collections and reacting in real time. I go through a few TikTok-style collection clips—from “you only need 10 fragrances” to “you only need 3”—and I break down what I agree with, what I’d tweak, and what I think is genuinely useful if you’re building a wardrobe without comparing yourself to anyone else. I say it every time: please don’t measure your collection against someone with 100, 500, or 1,000+ bottles. You don’t know their finances, what was gifted, or whether they even love everything they own. We talk through specific picks like Bal d’Afrique (which I personally see as more fresh-out-the-shower than a party scent), Philosykos as an easy office reach, and why Bleu de Chanel is basically a “you can’t go wrong” option. I also give my take on YSL Y (I prefer the EDT for that citrusy top, and the Parfum if you want richer and denser), plus the whole Angel’s Share situation—amazing on some people, weird on me, and definitely more autumn/winter. I also react to a huge 1,000+ bottle collection and then get into a topic I fully agree with: collecting 50ml/30ml instead of hoarding 100ml+ bottles. Brands absolutely make the bigger bottles look more appealing, but I’m not trying to be tricked—give me a good atomizer and a scent I’ll actually wear.
