I go through a few creators’ takes (shoutout to @scent.profile and Teddy) and I’m honest about what I agree with, what I don’t, and where I’m totally guilty. We talk dupes (and why I personally don’t buy them), the chaos of buying endless flankers, the logic gap of backup bottles, and why sampling/travel sizes save you from so many expensive regrets. I also get into the difference between loving the smell of something and actually wanting to smell like it—especially with super literal gourmands. Then we cover practical stuff: don’t cook your fragrances in the car, don’t nuke your nose with test strips (yes, I’m guilty of touching the strip to my nose), and don’t overspray in tight environments. Finally, I talk about “rubbing wrists” (I don’t think it’s that deep), moisturizing for longevity, and layering—where I think it’s an art, and it only works when the scent profiles actually make sense together.
