Join me on www.CallPlan.AI Just two weeks into the soft launch of Call Plan AI, and I’m excited to share some big updates: ✅ Growth: We doubled from 10 to 20 paying customers in week two ✅ Discipline: After breaking things while adding features, I built in version control, guardrails, and a more stable dev process ✅ Transparency: I built a private product backlog page for subscribers with live updates on bugs, backlog items, and released features ✅ Daily Support: I'm hosting 3PM office hours on Zoom every weekday to support early users directly ✅ New Features Added: • Tooltips + training videos for every field • Role-based logic for attendees (and future AI suggestions) • Admin dashboard to monitor usage • Built-in Zoom link access ✅ Upcoming New Features: • Email welcome flow is now in development • Attachments are coming next (without breaking stuff this time!) • Dashboard improvements and redirect logic for logged-in users I’m using ChatGPT like a senior developer—but I’m still the product manager and PM guiding the vision. I’m not just building a tool. I’m building the transformation federal contractors need to turn first meetings into relationships that lead to revenue.
