Good morning besties—this Saturday vlog was a full “holiday chaos but make it cute” kind of day. I started the morning heading downtown with my sister-in-law Brooke for our ear piercing appointment. Last Christmas we got our seconds done, and this year we made it a little tradition and went for thirds because I’m obsessed with that layered earring look (drop-down, small hoop, stud… you get it). After that, I ran last-minute Christmas errands… which took way longer than it should because I’m genuinely the most indecisive shopper ever. Like, I will stand there, look up reviews, check TikTok, and suddenly two hours are gone. The rest of the day was super family-focused—Quinn’s whole family is home, and it’s just nonstop laughter, birthdays, coffee-and-cake moments, and all the festive things. And yes, I also talked about the reality of working out during the holidays: if you miss a workout, don’t hit your macros, or you indulge a little, it’s okay. Later that night, I was tired, bloated, and low energy (bread and cake will do that), so instead of forcing a full gym session, I did a simple at-home upper body dumbbell workout with 8 lb weights. My takeaway: 10–30 minutes counts, your routine doesn’t have to be rigid, and movement is just as much for mental health as it is physical—especially when you’re an extroverted introvert who needs a reset.
