After posting every day during vlogmas, I hit a bit of burnout and avoided filming for a month and a half, but that honestly just proved my biggest point: it’s never too late to reinvent your life. Nothing changes if nothing changes, and you don’t need a Monday or a new month to start—you just need you. In this video, I share my super simple but effective three-step process: (1) Brian Tracy’s 10x10 goal-setting method (10 goals written in the present tense like “I earn” or “I achieve,” framed positively), (2) a science-backed visualization routine I learned from the Mel Robbins podcast featuring Stanford neurosurgeon Dr. Jim Doty (write it, read it silently, read it aloud, then close your eyes and visualize using your senses), and (3) making vision boards that actually stay in your face—like a laptop backdrop and phone home screen.
