In this video I’m taking you along for a super productive (and very real) day in my life—because I was having major analysis paralysis with filming, and I finally just decided to put on my big girl pants and vlog anyway. I start the morning by using my “free block” before appointments to get to the gym, because if I don’t do it early, it honestly just won’t happen. I’m sharing a full lower-body strength x Pilates-style session and how I personally blend the two—taking concepts and moves I’ve learned in Pilates classes and weaving them into my strength training (I’m not a Pilates instructor, just showing you what works for me). After the gym I rush to my weekly yoga workshop (my mom gifted me an 8-week beginner series), and it’s been such a game-changer for learning the foundations of yoga instead of just dropping into random classes. Then the day gets away from me exactly like I predicted, but I still “send it” to Costco for my non-negotiable staples—things I truly use every single day like frozen berries, chicken sausages, Core Power, ginger shots, and basics like avocados and yams. I end the night with a high-protein dinner bowl (beef, yam, avocado, cottage cheese, and hot honey), talk meal prep, clean ingredients, and how I’m staying consistent while finishing my personal trainer certification.
