What’s up you guys—welcome to vlogmas day 17. I had a busy (and very gloomy, island west coast) morning editing, playing a ton of chuck-it with the dogs, and hopping on a quick call with one of my Hot Girl Summer Skool members. Then we headed out for some secret santa shopping with Quinn and his brother, and you already know… I’m the most indecisive shopper ever, so watching them walk into stores with zero plan and somehow leave with every gift checked off was honestly mind-blowing. Once we got home I did a bit more work, attempted to shave Cooper (he’s looking a little rough, but we’re surviving), and then had to fight the low-motivation vibes to get myself to the gym. On days like this, I swear the thing that helps most is writing out my workout first—it gives me direction, helps with gym anxiety, and makes me feel way less like I’m wandering around. Since my legs were sore, I went for an arms + abs situation. I ended the day with my favorite lazy girl dinner: rice, peas and corn, and Costco poke salmon. It’s such an easy way to get protein in without overcomplicating dinner, and then I spent the rest of the night doing a little Christmas planning and a home reset before we move out tomorrow.
