About This Video

In today’s video I’m taking you guys behind the scenes of how I film and edit my videos—specifically how I shoot content for brands, even when life is a little out of routine (we’re still house sitting for my auntie). I share a bit of my content creation journey, what I actually use to get the job done, and the simple process that helps me stay consistent. I’m very much proof that you don’t need a ton of fancy stuff to start—most of what I filmed today was on my iPhone 15 Pro with a minimal Amazon tripod. I walk you through the exact camera settings I use on my phone (4K 60fps for the highest quality, or 4K 30fps if you’re tight on storage), plus my filming flow: I brainstorm first, find my angle before I even touch the tripod, do a quick practice clip, then lock exposure/focus (AE/AF lock) so the lighting doesn’t go crazy mid-shot. I also talk about decluttering your space and varying your shots—full body, detail shots, blur/focus changes—because it makes everything feel more intentional. Then I show my editing setup: I airdrop clips to my computer, edit in Adobe Premiere Pro, resize 4K clips to a 1080p sequence, and record voiceovers right inside Premiere. I finish with my export settings (H.264, Match Source – High Bitrate, 1080x1920) and how I send final files to brands using WeTransfer links.
