Good morning besties—this was a full Sunday “go go go” kind of day. I’m back home, made my usual morning smoothie (but it was sadly an 8/10 because my last avocado was way too ripe and I do not play around with sketchy avocados after hearing a horror story). Then we headed over to Quinn’s family’s place because his brothers are in town and Sunday football is a whole event in their house. I’m trying to be more “go with the flow” (not my natural setting), so I let the day unfold while still keeping my little checklist in the back of my mind. Later, I squeezed in the gym, showered, and got ready for our muscle mommy group chat Secret Santa with the girls. I wrapped my gift for my bestie Stephanie—she’s the ultimate cat mom—so I got her a cat mug, a brown oversized popover hoodie (Abercrombie hoodies/crewnecks are elite), and my fave part: an oversized graphic tee with her hairless cat Lou on it. I also threw together a super easy appy: Boursin cheese topped with a balsamic tomato basil bruschetta mix + crackers. My camera battery died during the night (so annoying), but I still showed what I got—kombucha, a full mocktail kit vibe for my virgin mojitos, and a Lululemon clippable card pouch to finally stop my “30 loose cards in every purse” chaos.
