About This Video

If you’ve ever wanted to play as a soccer hooligan (or that kid who was always getting into scraps), this video is my rundown on Ironjawz in Warhammer Age of Sigmar—what they are, how they actually play on the table, and whether they’re the right fit for you. I go through the core vibe: big orcs in smashed plate, crude weapons, and a constant need for carnage… plus the important stuff like pigs (small pigs, mega big pigs) and the “orc on a dragon that looks like a cabbage I cooked for dinner.” From a gameplay perspective, I break down why Ironjawz are “easy to play but hard to master and hard to win with.” You’ve got simple rules, great saves, and big health pools, but you’re also slow (a lot of 4" move), you basically live in melee, and your heroes are a weird point-tax because you want multiple for your buffs but many don’t do enough on their own. I cover Mighty Destroyers (the clutch 3" move in both hero phases that can tag into combat) and the Ironjawz Waaagh (huge +1 charge and +1 attacks aura that’s amazing… if you can actually be in the right place). I also talk battle formations, key units and heroes (Gordrakk, Kragnos, Brutes, Ardboys, pigs), hobby/price expectations, and the big takeaway: you can’t just go full send every game, because Age of Sigmar is about scoring circles and Ironjawz don’t have the late-game catch-up tools other factions do.
