About This Video

In this video I’m going through all the Nurgle reveals from the Warhammer World Championships, plus the extra stuff tied to the Warhammer Quest box. Yeah, I’m a bit late on it—but these models look so good that I still wanted to sit down and talk through what we actually got. The big headline for me is the new Festus (returning character, totally new kit) riding a giant slug with an entire mobile workshop on the base—tons of little details, corpses, potions, and just a ridiculous amount of kitbash potential. And at this point it’s pretty clear Nurgle is lining up as the next battletome, because they straight-up showed the book. From there I dig into the new units: the Slaven Knights (sad, desperate “knights” with great Nurgle armor vibes), the Rot Swords infantry, Pestigores coming back in a fresh way, and redesigned Putrid Blightkings that feel more in line with the bloated, tanky lore. I also talk about the new Spearhead (Bubonic Cell) and why, personally, it doesn’t feel super cohesive to me—though the new book could change everything. Finally, I cover the Regiment of Renown with Plaguebearers + Feculent Gnarlmaw terrain and the Warhammer Quest characters like Galgux Pust, Blight Templars, and other gross (but very cool) additions that should also show up in the battletome.
