About This Video

Delivering photos used to be the most underwhelming part of my workflow. I’d spend way too much time zipping files, texting photos or videos, or tossing everything into Google Drive/Dropbox/shared albums—and even then it still felt clunky and unprofessional. In this video I share my first impressions after about two months of using Pic-Time, and why, from the perspective of a working photographer, I genuinely think it’s the best place to deliver photos. I walk through what Pic-Time actually is (a cloud-based gallery delivery service) and why it feels like more than “just dropping files.” The big takeaway is the client experience: galleries look intentional, branded, and professional the second someone opens them, and on my end it’s straightforward to organize, build, and customize galleries without wasting time. I show how I create a client gallery, break it into scenes (like “bridge” and “pond”), choose download permissions, and preview the final look—plus I touch on print sales features (even though I personally don’t sell prints much). I’m also transparent about the subscription cost: it can feel high if you only shoot occasionally, but if you’re working consistently, it’s paid itself off for me in how seamless and professional delivery feels.
