The AGO Film Processor is a semi-automated film processor designed for small labs or at home processing. It can develop everything from 35mm film all the way up to 8x10 film - as long as you have a Paterson tank that can fit the format or the quantity of rolls you have, you can develop those rolls or sheets using the AGO film processor. I've owned mine for the last few months and it's been one of the best film photography accessories I've ever used. - Vintage Visual's Website: https://vintagevisual.eu Vintage Visual' Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/vintagevisual.eu/ My First Impressions video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3M5fWEN1p1c - My Instagram: https://www.instagram.com/michaelbennettphoto/ My Website: https://www.michaelbennettphoto.com My Email: OfficialMichaelBennett@gmail.com - Powergrade: https://www.michaelbennettphoto.com/shop/p/davinci-resolve-film-powergrade - Gear I used in this video: *these are all affiliate links* Nikon ZF: https://amzn.to/48z057z DJI Osmo Pocket 3: https://amzn.to/43fdOxe Live AIR 3 Smart PD-BTMP-S: https://amzn.to/4hrUUId Epson V600: https://amzn.to/4kPzXcw Gitzo Tripod: https://amzn.to/4hJEawH Viltrox Monitor: https://amzn.to/3YXfWaR Aputure 120DII: https://amzn.to/4dVrLTt ZHIYUN CINEPEER CX100: https://amzn.to/3Xgr1D1 Zhiyun M20C RGB Light: https://amzn.to/4hpszSY Hollyland Lark M2: https://amzn.to/3WW5K11 Freewell V2 Magnetic VND & Snow Mist 1/4: https://amzn.to/4hRUc7b NiSi JetMag Pro Filter Kit: https://amzn.to/4guToUx - - - - - - - Vintage visual, AGO Film Processor, how to develop color film, how to develop C41 C-41 film at home, developing 35mm film 120 film large format film 4x5 8x10 film, fujifilm superia 400

About This Video

In this video I’m doing a long-term review of the AGO (AIO) Film Processor from Vintage Visual, and answering the big question: is it worth $529? I walk you through the unit itself—how compact it is, how the controls work, and what’s happening on the “business end” where it agitates the tank, seals everything up, and reads chemical temperature with a metal probe. The big deal for me is consistency: as your chemicals cool (or run a little hot), the AGO automatically adjusts development time so your results don’t drift. I also show how flexible the built-in programs are. It comes preloaded with a ton of processes (black and white, C-41, E6, ECN-2, RA-4), and you can tweak times or build custom programs. I give a real example where I’m pushing Fujifilm 400 two stops and quickly adjust the dev time in the C-41 program. Then I get into the “price” conversation and why it didn’t bother me: I’d already developed and scanned 23 rolls, and my nearest lab would’ve cost me more than the processor—plus a bunch of driving. I wrap up with who I think this is actually for, and why I love home developing: not because it’s hard, but because I get control over the final look.
