About This Video

In this video I’m unboxing and testing the new NiSi JetMag Pro Landscape ND Kit, and I’ll show you exactly what you get in the box plus why this magnetic “speed lock” system is actually more than a gimmick. The kit includes a 3-stop, 6-stop, and 10-stop full spectrum ND, the True Color circular polarizer, step-up rings (67/72/77/82mm), and caps—all packed into a super durable caddy that’s already picked up a few dents from me actually using it in the real world. After the unboxing, I step outside and run quick video tests so you can see exposure changes in a controlled way. I start at ISO 400 with no filter at f/16, then use the 3-stop to get down to f/5.6, the 6-stop to hit f/2, and I even throw on the 10-stop (which forced me to open up to f/1.4 and bump ISO to 3200). The big takeaway for me is the full spectrum ND performance—my blacks stay black instead of shifting magenta, and overall there’s basically no noticeable color cast. I also talk build quality, slimness for wide angle compatibility, and the one subjective con: swapping solid NDs can be slower if you’re constantly changing densities—though NiSi’s roadmap mentions a variable ND coming later.
