Happy Monday, friends! We have been doing a pantry and freezer challenge for the past month or so, trying to eat up all of the food in the bottom of our freezer and the back of our pantry. I'll show you a little freezer tour and a close up at our pantry organization. I also share a grocery haul and meal plan as we go through this clear out, just buying the fresh foods and not stocking up on anything. Then I spend the week trying to make creative meals to make sure that we're not wasting food, and I talk through the process.
