About This Video

In this video I review the ROSESELSA Cambrian, a sub-$50 Bluetooth headphone that honestly surprised me in a few key areas. ROSESELSA sent it over, but as always, this is 100% my own opinion. I go through the unboxing (nice-looking box, but the plastic tray packaging feels a bit cheap), the included accessories (short Type-C cable and a 3.5mm cable), and the build/comfort. For the price, the Cambrian feels nicely put together—parts of it are cold to the touch (likely metal), plus you get plush earpads and a headband that stays comfortable even with glasses. For features, it’s stacked: LDAC support, ANC, IPX4 rating, a companion app, and a claimed 100-hour battery life—which, in my testing, really does feel like it just keeps playing. Sound-wise, on the stock EQ (HIFI), it comes off “flat” with minimal coloration, but with reduced upper mids and a tiny bit of extra treble sparkle. Bass has good weight without being boosted, mids are smooth and non-offensive, and technicalities are solid for $48—small stage but good layering, decent imaging, and very good overall definition. If you want an everyday-carry Bluetooth headphone with insane battery, ANC, and a somewhat flat tuning, this is a strong value pick.
